attendance policy

- Participants are expected to call in or email/text Jeffrey Cape at charronservices@gmail.com or +1 (248) 730 0690 and cancel a minimum of 8 hours before group is scheduled.
- A participant can miss no more than a total of 8 sessions during the time they are in the program without doing an alternate or rebound session.
- It is expected that participants will arrive to group on time.
- Determination as to whether a participant will recieve credit for a session in which the attendance policy is violated is determined via majority vote by other participants.
Late Entrance Policy
- There is a 10 minute “no penalty” grace period from the scheduled starting time.
- Participants who arrive more than 10 minutes after the scheduled starting time may not be allowed into the group.
- The facilitator is the final authority regarding the determination of arrival time.
- Facilitators have the discretion to extend the time limits under certain conditions. .
Rebound sessions are used to reduce absences. There is no charge
or credit for a rebound session. A rebound session can be applied to any missed session.
Alternates are groups attended in place of a regularly scheduled group and are attended within one week
(before or after) of the group missed.
There is a charge and credit for any alternate session.
